VILU MALDIVES Pvt Ltd collects the details you send us in an enquiry or contact message — your name, contact details, travel dates and anything you write to us — and uses them for one purpose: responding to you and arranging your stay.

We don't sell your data, we don't send marketing you didn't ask for, and we keep enquiry records only as long as running a hotel sensibly requires. Transactional email is delivered by our email provider; standard server logs (IP address, browser) exist for security.
